History


In 2011, The MedTest DX brand of products was created through the acquisition of the Chemistry Division of Polymedco, Inc. Prior to the acquisition, the Chemistry Division had evolved, over a 30 year period, into a highly skilled and successful in-vitro diagnostic organization. Their main focus was on general chemistry testing systems and reagents. It had a rich history of serving laboratories in the United States, primarily through Poly-Chem® branded products.

MedTest Holdings, the parent company of MedTest DX, also acquired Pointe Scientific and Clinitox Diagnostix. Combined, and now known as MedTest, these product brands offer a diversified portfolio of over 400 clinical diagnostic products with continuous additions of new and innovative products.

MedTest DX brand products are sold all across the United States and Canada. With a new vision and strategy, MedTest aims to take the legacy of the MedTest DX product brand to a whole new level and become a leader in clinical diagnostic testing.
